Costume- If you're a fan of dressing up or themed experiences, I love offering cosplay/costume cuddling (ever cuddled with Jessica Rabbit?).

 

Storytime- I have a deep love of literature and experience in oration and performance. I have read everything from poetry to news articles during cuddle sessions for clients who enjoy that auditory experience.

 

Sensory Exploration- a session focused on the exploration of different textures, sensations & senses. A variety of soft, silky, fuzzy, furry and smooth fabrics and surfaces for you to interact with during the cuddle session. The focus on tactile sensation can help some become more mindful of their bodies and surroundings. Depending on preference weighted warm stones and cool ice packs can also be used to deepen the sensory experience. Aromatherapy and scent may also be incorporated for deeper immersion as well as weighted blankets, heating pads, and countless other simple elements we can incorporate.

 

Guided Visualizations- I guide you through a calming visualization or fantasy while cuddling. I can guide you through a peaceful scene (a beach, a forest, or floating in space for example) while you are being held or holding me, allowing you the ability to mentally escape to a soothing, imagined place.

 

Affirmations- Integrate the power of positive affirmations into the cuddle session. As we cuddle, I will softly repeat affirmations that resonate with your emotional needs (e.g., “You are safe,” “You are loved,” “You deserve peace”). This can be particularly beneficial for clients working on self-esteem or emotional healing.

 

Heartbeat Synchronization Cuddle- This session focuses on the soothing connection created by synchronizing breath and heartbeat. As you cuddle, I will guide you through breathing exercises that help us align our heart rates, creating a deep sense of connection and calming. This is ideal for those seeking a deeply grounding, intimate experience.
